From Larnaca/Nicosia: Take last exit before the round-abouts start called "Moutagiaka" (K-cineplex exit). Head towards the sea. At the seafront road traffic lights you'll see Pebbles straight ahead to the right. From Paphos: Pass all round-abouts and fly-overs and continue onwards towards Larnaca/Nicosia (the last round- last round-about you'll pass is called Yermasogia). Take the "Moutagiaka" exit (it's the first after the last round-about. K-cineplex exit). Turn right under the highway, then left at the cinema towards the sea. At the seafront road traffic lights you'll see Pebbles straight ahead to the right.
